Hey – nice post, thanks. I used it to help construct a web build template/checklist for basic project management.

Something I’ve included is an ongoing section – including things like Upgrading, Backups, Content Management, Comment approval, use of Webmaster Tools to monitor/optimise performance, etc.

Not sure if you’d want to include this, but I find it really useful to work out what the ongoing strategy for the site is.

Thanks for putting this information together. It’s a useful resource. (BTW, every time I see your picture I think of Eric from “Entourage”. That’s quite a resemblance — at least in the photo!)
