Problem

The client's website: exhibited a look and feel that was outdated and did not mesh well with the telecom/technology industry; poorly communicated their message and purpose; restricted their ability to serve up content to logged in users; limited their potential of attracting and signing up new agents.

Solution

Work closely with the client to strategically build a new website that resolves all drawbacks and limitations of their previous website in addition to establishing their company as a key player in their field.

Throughout the entire process, CHROMATIC was always very responsive and quick to handle any issues or questions that arose. And, since the site is built in an open source environment, we have the flexibility to add more features when the time comes without rebuilding the whole site.

We have worked with CHROMATIC on a number of projects, the latest being a complete redesign of our company website. When we came to CHROMATIC with this project, we needed to be able to reach two distinct markets: our current telecom partners and prospective partners. This dual-purpose site required features that go beyond a brochure site, such as a login for current partners (which opens up a whole new area of the website), and a robust search application. CHROMATIC rose to the challenge by helping us recognize what would work best and then successfully implemented the solutions.

Throughout the entire process, CHROMATIC was always very responsive and quick to handle any issues or questions that arose. And, since the site is built in an open source environment, we have the flexibility to add more features when the time comes without rebuilding the whole site.

For all those times that I said, “Someday I’d like our site to do this,” now, our site does those things and I’m very happy with the outcome.
